Position Overview

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes ownership of their projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from contract to closeout
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Develop project schedules and coordinate labor and materials
• Work directly with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track job costs and manage budgets
• Handle change orders and project documentation
• Field oversight to ensure quality, productivity, and safety
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal team members
• Oversee billing and project closeout processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience (commercial roofing preferred)
• Strong background in commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, etc.)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts
• Solid budgeting and cost-control experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid driver’s license
• Massachusetts CSL holder

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
