• Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Peabody, Massachusetts 01960 (North Shore, Boston area)
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department, Level 1 Trauma Center
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: November 24, 2025 – End: February 21, 2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (every other weekend & 2 holiday shifts required)
• Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,540
• On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Level 1 trauma nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• PALS or ENPC certification (equivalency accepted)
• TNCC certification required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work every other weekend and 2 holiday shifts
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months if previously employed
• Successful completion of pass/fail test on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided)

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to patients with medical emergencies or trauma
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate interventions in a fast-paced ER environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Utilize Epic EHR for patient assessment, documentation, and medication administration
• Maintain a safe, organized environment for patients, families, and staff
• Engage in ongoing professional development and emergency nursing training
• Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
