Security Officer (PM/Overnight)
- Patrol hotel property, including guest areas, back-of-house, parking lots, and perimeter grounds to detect and respond to suspicious or unsafe activity.
- Respond promptly to emergencies including medical calls, fire alarms, disturbances, and safety hazards.
- Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs in accordance with hotel and legal standards.
- Monitor security cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed related to safety, emergency protocols, and access control.
- Provide escort services for guests and colleagues when requested.
- Support fire and life safety programs, including participation in drills and regular checks of fire equipment and exits.
- Assist with lost and found procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all matters.
- Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.

- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
