Role Summary:

Seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our real estate signage business by prospecting, closing new accounts, and expanding relationships with brokers, agents, teams, and property management firms. Field-facing role focused on sign production, installation/repair, and sign management services. We will also be moving our Maine based home inspection company into the Mass market, at that point the role will include marketing and sales for the Home Inspection company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate new business within assigned territory (cold calls, door-to-door, networking, events).

- Present and sell signage solutions: custom sign production, sign post/pole installation, on-site maintenance, and sign management programs.

- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, teams, and agents; manage key accounts and upsell opportunities.

- Provide on-site consultations, measurements, and quotes; follow up promptly.

- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and accurate forecasting.

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years outside sales experience (B2B preferred), ideally in real estate, printing, signage, landscaping, or trades.

- Proven track record of closing deals and building territory revenue.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable with fieldwork and working outdoors.

- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and smartphone.

- Basic signage/installation knowledge is a plus; training provided.

- Organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented.

Compensation:

- Hourly rate: $18 up to $25/hr]

- Pay-for-performance (P4P) bonus: structured bonuses based on closed deals, revenue milestones, or KPIs (examples: $X per new account, tiered monthly bonus for hitting $Y in revenue). Exact structure provided at offer stage.

- Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle option.

- Performance bonuses, leads provided, marketing support, and paid training.
