Energy Conservation Specialist

South Shore Community Action Council - a private non-profit company providing multi-level program support on the South Shore, is seeking full -time, temporary Energy Conservation Specialist in our main office location; 71 Obery Street, Plymouth, MA; for 20-25 hours, based upon funding. Energy Conservation is a federal, state and privately funded program that provides conservation, weatherization and heating system repairs and replacement assistance to income eligible households. Base hourly rate $21.38/hr.

Core Duties

Assist in the office administration of the Energy Conservation Program. Marketing and scheduling appointments within Conservation programs. General duties and responsibilities including but not limited to data entry of confidential applicant information. Client correspondence. Invoice and billing, subcontractor correspondence. Office functions, including phones, copy, fax, scanning, uploading documents. Data entry computer experience, ability to work independently, and strong computer systems and organizational skills.

Core Qualifications

High School Diploma, HISET, or GED equivalent. Microsoft Office suite experience required. Candidate must be adept at mastering specialized utility software. Background screening is required prior to beginning employment, including drug and alcohol screening.
