- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,570–$1,610 per week
- Location: Hadley, MA 01035 (Massachusetts hospital jobs)
- Setting: Hospital (inpatient physical therapy)
- Assignment Type: Locum tenens, travel physical therapist position
- Start Date: August 1, 2025
- End Date: October 31, 2025
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Shift: Days, Monday – Friday (3 shifts per week)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift Structure: Three 12-hour day shifts per week
- On-Call: No call required
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
- Certification in Rehabilitation Therapy
- Experience in women's health, vestibular therapy, pelvic rehab, or physical therapy management is a plus
- Ability to maintain an 85% productivity standard
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a hospital environment
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for diverse patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Participate in specialty areas such as women's health, vestibular therapy, and pelvic rehabilitation as needed
- Meet facility productivity standards and contribute to a positive healthcare work environment
