Job Description and Responsibilities

The Production Coordinator’s critical responsibilities will include:

  • Process incoming jobs consistently and make sure they are processed and received according to proper procedure
  • Communicate via phone or email clearly, timely and concisely to clients re: job specifics
  • Write up job instructions according to client specifications
  • Submit all job orders to production team ensuring job tickets are uniform, correct and clear
  • Monitor client jobs as they enter production system according to due dates and time
  • Coordinate and optimize delivery efficiencies as jobs go back to clients
  • Communicate to sales executives and clients on job status and delivery
  • Liaison between Production, Sales and Clients
  • Focus on quality assurance and quality control
  • Communicates hourly with production manager on all incoming and out-coming jobs
  • Focus on deadlines

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years or more experience in copy, scan, print industry.
  • Able to communicate clearly both written and in speech.
  • Confident computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft office and smart phones.
