Job Title: General Laborer - Paying $20-24 an Hour!

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our team in a material handling role. The primary duties involve removing tape from floors, cleaning, moving inventory, and staging inventory. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing metal fences on the robotics floor to enhance safety procedures. This is a physically demanding position that requires comfort with heavy lifting and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Remove tape from floors and clean designated areas.
• Move and stage inventory as required.
• Install metal fences on the robotics floor to improve safety procedures.
• Build and assemble metal frames and gates on the robotics floor using power tools.
• Drill into concrete and perform mechanical assembly tasks.
• Ensure punctuality, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a strong work ethic.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches.
• Experience with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to work in a loud and fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical inclination and skill with tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Experience with various hand and power tools.
• Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a climate-controlled, warehouse setting that can be loud and chaotic at times. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 4:30 am to 2:00 pm and 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 12:30 am. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday, with some potential for weekend work.
