Job Details:
Intellectual Property Associate
Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, with a primary focus on patent litigation
Handle all phases of IP litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Work on complex, high-stakes patent disputes across a range of technologies
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and case management
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
Qualifications
Prior experience in intellectual property litigation at a leading law firm
Strong focus on patent litigation required
Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics preferred
Outstanding academic credentials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
