Associate Service Center Agent - Quincy
LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire an Associate Service Center Agent for a hybrid opportunity in Quincy, MA !
This role is a great fit for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for HR-related questions , you will support employees and managers by handling phone calls and self-service tickets, resolving issues, and ensuring each interaction is documented accurately and confidentially.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries
- Respond to phone calls and self-service tickets
- Research and resolve questions using internal systems and policies
- Escalate more complex issues when needed
- Accurately document all interactions in the case management system
- Perform HR-related transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Assist with special projects and administrative support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of office or customer service experience
- Strong phone, communication, and data entry skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- HR, payroll, or call center experience is a plus
Pay: $18–$20/hour
