Product Manager- Commercial Lines and ISO
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager specializing in Commercial Lines insurance and ISO regulatory content to lead the development and enhancement of our pricing and rating platform capabilities for the US market. In this role, you will own the Commercial Lines product roadmap, drive ISO ERC content integration and regulatory automation, and serve as the primary product interface with US-based carriers and clients while working closely with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
• Commercial Lines Product Ownership: Own the product roadmap for Commercial Lines pricing and rating capabilities, driving strategy, prioritization, and execution aligned with market and customer needs.
• ISO & Regulatory Automation: Lead product management for ISO ERC content integration and regulatory automation, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of circulars, rule changes, and compliance requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary US-based product interface with carriers and clients, gathering feedback, translating customer needs into product requirements, and building trusted relationships with key accounts.
• GTM & Sales Enablement: Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, create enablement materials, deliver product demos, and support competitive positioning for Commercial Lines capabilities.
• Engineering Partnership: Work directly with a US-based engineering team to define requirements, manage the backlog, and drive delivery of high-quality product increments.
• AI-Driven Capabilities: Collaborate with the AI platform team to identify and productize modern AI opportunities within Commercial Lines capabilities and workflows, including generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product leadership, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders—including both technical and non-technical audiences—to execute the product roadmap, drive improvements, and resolve issues.
You’ll excel by:
• Operating independently: owning a roadmap end-to-end and driving execution without heavy oversight
• Communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, from engineering teams to carrier executives
• Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven, systemic perspective
• Translating complex regulatory and business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
• Building trusted relationships with US-based carriers and internal stakeholders
• Bringing attention to detail and an analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
