Pastry Chef and Baker
Part-Time Pastry Chef (Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time)
A local bakehouse is looking for a grounded, detail-driven part-time pastry chef to join our small team. We’re a craft bakery built on care, consistency, and quality—with the potential for this role to grow into full-time as the business expands.
Required availability:
- Early Wednesday mornings
- Weekends
- Additional hours may become available over time as we grow
What you’ll do:
* Support pastry and viennoiserie production from prep to finish
- Scale, mix, shape, bake, finish, and package products with intention and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety standards
- Help keep production flowing smoothly during busy mornings
What we’re looking for:
- Pastry/baking experience (professional preferred)
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
- Pride in craftsmanship and a respectful, positive work environmenT
