Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You will work with a small caseload of 10–15 students, allowing for focused, individualized services. Collaborate with other dedicated education and healthcare professionals to enhance communication skills and foster student success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant required
- Prior experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings is a plus
- Knowledgeable in diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for school-aged children
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide speech-language therapy for students, focusing on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement innovative therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate speech/language goals into daily routines
- Maintain accurate and timely records, supporting student progress and compliance requirements
Position Details:
- Immediate start, continuing through July
- 4–5 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Manage a manageable caseload of 10–15 students in a single school
