Opportunity Overview
As an AI Software Engineer, you will support the organization's integration and effective use of artificial intelligence technologies. Partnering with senior engineers and cross-functional leaders, you will play a key role in the team driving adoption of AI enablement across the organization, delivering measurable business impact.

Accelerate the organization's AI maturity by enabling teams to incorporate AI tools into their existing workflows.

Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation around AI technologies.

Improve developer productivity through CI/CD and automation enhancements informed by AI capabilities.

Support the adoption of AI tools and platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.

Contribute to the design and delivery of AI solutions and training materials that upskill employees, making complex AI use cases accessible and actionable.

Provide hands-on enablement and support, helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Identify and evaluate data sources to assess their availability and quality for AI applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven SDLC process improvements, particularly in CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Develop and track adoption metrics and gather feedback, contributing to strategies that maximize engagement and business value.

Develop and maintain scripts, utilities, and automation to support AI adoption initiatives.

Demonstrated passion for AI and its real-world applications.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

2-4 years of professional experience.
-
Hands-on experience writing Python scripts, utilities, or applications.

Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, Claude, etc.).

Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar pipeline technologies.
-
Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Experience working in agile team environments.

Experience with?C#?or?C++?development.

Experience with?machine learning or natural language processing (NLP) concepts, particularly large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4/5, Claude, Gemini, etc.

Experience with DevOps practices or infrastructure automation.

Experience developing or maintaining training content or documentation.

Familiarity with AI frameworks or APIs (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI API, MCP, LangChain).

BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $100,100 - $160,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
