As a BCBA, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing crucial support to children and families in a variety of settings—homes, communities, centers, and clinics. Your Responsibilities:

Mentorship and Supervision: Guide, mentor, and collaborate with Behavior Therapists and families, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Team Collaboration: Be an integral part of a dedicated team, participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings.
Individualized Planning: Develop and monitor personalized goals and strategies, analyzing data to track progress and attending important meetings.
Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, manage behavior plans, and maintain regular communication with caregivers.
What We're Looking For:

Certification as a BCBA and Massachusetts licensure (LABA). (Candidates pending MA licensure are also encouraged to apply!)
Experience working with children, bringing your passion and expertise to make a positive impact.
Strong creative problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
