Guest Services Attendant

:

A Guest Services Attendant is focused on providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences by making connections with our guests and members. The successful candidate must have a friendly and welcoming attitude. The Attendant will be responsible for welcoming, assisting our guests and providing anticipatory, Forbes five-star level service.

This is the ideal position for someone who has a passion for guest service and likes to be on his/her feet. Must be comfortable working independently, although part of the larger Guest Services team.

Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:

• All resort features, services and hours of operation to direct guests.
• Knowledge of events/weddings.
• Scheduled group activities.
• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
• Promote positive guest relations to all individuals approaching the gate house or bell stand.
• Handle guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner; directing to Front Office or Rooms Director promptly.
• Accommodate all requests for information in a professional manner.
• Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow employees.
• Assist guest arrivals with luggage and bags; open doors and provide outstanding bell service.
• Welcome and direct guests as entering the property; handle unwelcome travelers and enforce employee parking restrictions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
