Production Workers – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Turners Falls, MA
Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  Pay: $19.00/hour
  Days: Monday through Friday

Position Overview

Production Workers are responsible for operating machinery and assembling parts in a clean and organized manufacturing environment. Under minimal supervision, you’ll follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure consistent production of quality components used in the HVAC industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machines including spot & seam welders, expanders, beaders, crimpers, punch presses, rollers, shears, tabbers, and hemmers.

• Follow blueprints and written instructions to complete orders to spec.

• Perform repetitive tasks such as assembling, labeling, and packing metal parts.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety standards.

• Participate in team goals by being punctual, cooperative, and supportive.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and complete paperwork as needed.

• Assist co-workers and learn quality standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Reliable transportation to/from the facility.

• Ability to understand and follow safety guidelines and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tasks.

• Able to lift, bend, walk, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
