The Residential Business Analyst Intern/Co-op will touch many different parts of the business. Reporting to the VP of the Residential Line of Business, this is a unique role responsible for identifying and chasing down potential customer leads, creating educational content for branch managers, analyzing data, and assist with researching revenue generating ideas. This opportunity is open to both traditional interns and students participating in a co-op program, and is best suited for an entrepreneurial individual that can manage multiple tasks at a time, is able to pivot on a dime, and is comfortable working individually and as a team.

Hybrid Work: Tuesdays are onsite while remaining days are flexible for remote or in-office work

Rate of Pay: $20 per hour

Hours: Minimum of 20 with flexibility for 25-30 depending on program requirements

Duration: Start ASAP through year end with potential to extend after 2026

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify, locate, and reach out to targeted booking leads
• Review and scrub data sets
• Research new and existing revenue streams
• Assist with content creation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Comfortable researching and reaching out to individuals, companies, and organizations on behalf of WRE
• Experience dealing with customers preferred
• The ability to multitask is key
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
• Skilled with Microsoft excel and manipulating data sets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Minimum Education, Experience, Qualifications

1. Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Must be currently enrolled in an accredited University/College
3. Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace
