Shift: First (1st) shift: 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Solderer, where you will perform repetitive workstation or line-assembly operations to complete electrical assemblies with precision. Your role is crucial in ensuring all tasks meet acceptance test procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform bench-type processes to complete electrical assemblies using hand tools, fixtures, toggle press, pneumatic machine, microscope, and bonding machines.
- Report defective parts or questionable conditions to the department lead or supervisor.
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Perform prescribed Operator Process Control Checklist prior to using machinery to ensure machine criteria is met; if out of compliance, ensure Red Tag Lock Procedure is in place.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision to prioritize work.
- Perform multiple washing operations for circuits and sheets cleaning processes.
- Record data of key features, measurements, and specifications per Production Control Work Sheet.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and blueprint reading.
- Experience with PCB soldering, assembling, and production processes.
- Knowledge of schematic interpretation and soldering assembly.
