Sales Operations Administrator - Contract
A building and construction company is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator in Milford, MA to support our sales department with essential administrative tasks. This contract position offers a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to excellence in customer service. 1 year contract, could go permanent for the right person. Shift of the Sales Operations Administrator:M-F 8am - 5pm Pay Rate of the Sales Operations Administrator:
$24/HR. Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Administrator:
- Process titles and registrations for customer and vendor purchases.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with vendors and customers via phone and email.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure all necessary paperwork is compiled for transactions.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
