I am looking for a highly organized and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and administrative hub of our office. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who excels at multitasking , is not afraid to learn and try new things , and genuinely enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and Welcome: Warmly greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors.
Manage Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage the general office email inbox.
Administrative Support: Maintain an organized front office, including managing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Operational Assistance: Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments as needed.
Embrace New Tasks: Be willing and enthusiastic about tackling new projects, processes, or technologies to improve office efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven work experience in a front office or customer-facing role is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A positive, friendly attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when dealing with issues that arise.
High school diploma or equivalent.
