Position Overview: JV Boys Soccer Coach (2025 Season)
Mystic Valley Regional Charter School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic JV Boys Soccer Coach to lead our program during the 2025 season. This seasonal, part-time role is ideal for an experienced coach or soccer professional who values leadership, teamwork, and character development in student-athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead soccer practices

• Develop and implement training routines and conditioning programs

• Manage inventory of uniforms and equipment

• Uphold and model school values, policies, and behavioral expectations

• Maintain clear communication with student-athletes, families, and athletics staff

Requirements:

• Availability for weekday and weekend practices and games

• Completion of NFHS Concussion Certification (within first year)

• CPR and First Aid Certification (within first year)

• Commitment to supporting Mystic Valley’s mission and educational philosophy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in competitive soccer (high school or collegiate level)

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school level or beyond

This position is an annual appointment and will be reviewed at the conclusion of each season.
