In-Home Physical Therapist (Parkinson’s Specialist) - Sharon, MA

Location: Sharon, Massachusetts (in-home care)

Schedule: 2–3 sessions per week (flexible scheduling)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Physical Therapist with a focus on Parkinson’s Disease to provide in-home therapy for a motivated, engaged client in Sharon, MA.

This is a unique opportunity to work one-on-one in a supportive home environment where your expertise will have a direct and meaningful impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Massachusetts.
• Experience working with Parkinson’s Disease patients.
• Strong preference for training in PWR! (Parkinson Wellness Recovery)
  • LSVT BIG experience is also considered.
• Ability to create and adapt personalized exercise programs.
• Comfortable working in a home setting.
• Encouraging, positive, and engaging personality.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct 2–3 in-home sessions per week.
• Develop and guide customized exercise routines focused on:
  • Mobility, balance, and strength.
  • Flexibility and functional movement.
• Help maintain consistency and progression between sessions.
• Provide occasional guidance on exercises that can be done independently.
