Skilled Laborer

We are seeking skilled laborers for a short-term project at an Amazon facility in Wilmington, MA. The primary scope of work involves assembling and installing metal shelving units approximately 7 feet tall .

This role requires hands-on construction and assembly experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Workers will collaborate as a team to ensure shelving is built accurately, safely, and efficiently according to site standards and timelines. Tools will be available on-site; however, workers are encouraged to bring their own cordless drills and hand tools if available.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience with metal shelving, racking systems, or similar assembly work preferred
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Cordless drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches
• Personal tools encouraged but not required (tools provided on-site)

Safety Requirements:

• No smoking on-site
• Must wear work pants and work boots
• High-visibility vest required
• Hard hat required
• Must comply with all Amazon facility safety rules

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
