Pay Rate$22 - $25 per hour ScheduleFull-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for a strategic blend of client partnership, talent acquisition, and compliance:

• Client Partnership: Build a consultative relationship with the client by understanding their business and strategic goals.

• Talent Strategy: Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent. Execute the recruiting plan, including screening and selecting candidates to meet specific workforce forecasts.

• Service Excellence: Market talent's skills to make the best match for the client and the candidate, providing innovative solutions that exceed expectations.

• Compliance & Presence: Ensure strict compliance with all employment laws and operational standards. Maintain a personable presence through in-person site visits. What We Look For We need an organized, solutions-oriented professional who can thrive in a client-facing role:
