Description
The CMM Programmer/Quality Engineer - Plastics Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes for plastic components.
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for dimensional inspection.
- Utilize vision systems for automated inspection and quality verification.
- Analyze inspection data and generate detailed reports to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.

Profile
The ideal CMM Programmer / Quality Engineer -Plastics Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in CMM programming (PC-DMIS or similar software preferred).
- Hands-on experience with vision systems for quality inspection.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and dimensional inspection principles.
- Familiarity with plastics manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
