About the Role

  • Collaborate with learning designers and subject matter experts on program enhancements and small to mid-sized initiatives.
  • Conduct light needs assessments to inform design, delivery, and stakeholder recommendations.
  • Foster active learner engagement using techniques like storytelling, real-play, and breakout sessions.
  • Adapt facilitation approach in real time based on participant needs, feedback, or dynamics.
  • Track and report on feedback, engagement, and outcomes to support ongoing program improvement and business alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of experience in learning & development, leadership development, or facilitation.
  • 2+ years of facilitation experience in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Experience facilitating commercial, sales, or customer-facing teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
