Vaco by Highspring has partnered with our client to hire a Corporate Paralegal to join them for a 3-6 month contract.
*Candidates must have M&A and/or contract negotiation work to be eligible for consideration*
Where: Boston, MA (hybrid or remote)
When: Immediate need
Pay: $50-$60/hour
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and service agreements, and other business contracts
- Maintain corporate minute books, governance documentation, and official legal records
- Coordinate with outside counsel on corporate, compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and financing transactions, including managing due diligence requests, organizing data rooms, preparing documentation, and facilitating closing activities.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare concise summaries or issue spot analyses for attorneys and business stakeholders.
