Toddler Teacher (Daycare / Preschool / Childcare) – Medford, MA

Magical Beginnings is urgently hiring a nurturing and energetic Toddler Teacher for our licensed daycare and preschool childcare center in Medford, Massachusetts.

If you are EEC certified, EEC qualified, or have experience as a daycare teacher, preschool teacher, childcare provider, or paraprofessional, we encourage you to apply.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:
  • EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (preferred, not required)
  • Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
  • Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals
Qualifications:
  • Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification (Infant/Toddler preferred)
  • Experience in daycare, preschool, childcare, or as a paraprofessional
  • Passion for early childhood education
  • Strong classroom management skills for active toddlers

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a toddler classroom in a licensed daycare/preschool setting
  • Support social, emotional, and developmental milestones
  • Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and structured childcare environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and team members
  • Follow all Massachusetts EEC and daycare licensing regulations
