Housekeeper - Seasonal

Position Overview:

The Club at New Seabury in Mashpee, MA is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team for the summer. We are committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our members & guests. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and contributing to a positive experience for everyone at our facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, amenities and hand caddies.
• Strips and remakes beds with fresh linen.
• Empties wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Cleans guestrooms.
• Wipe all the windowsills, walls and light switches.
• Vacuums rugs and floors.
• Dusts all furniture and fixtures.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred (hospitality or country club environment a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time. The position may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
