ATLANTIC COAST FENCE CO., INC . located in Amesbury, MA has been a fencing leader for over 54 years. We specialize in the supply and installation of custom wood, vinyl, aluminum and iron fencing; railing and garden products. We are looking to expand our workforce and have the following job opportunities: Fence Foremen and Laborers

FENCE FOREMAN: Offering a Performance Bonus for employment up to $5,000.00.

POSITION(S) AVAILABLE: Full Time Fence Foreman (2 positions available)

SUMMARY: Skilled and motivated Fence Foremen need to run fence crews that consist of 1-3 men for projects around New England.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Be able to handle the day to day operation of a fencing crew while at a job site. These responsibilities included: job site transportation; site layout; fence installation; crew management; materials handling; job site safety and the oversight company vehicle, equipment and tools. Act as a professional representative for the company and address customers' needs and communicate them to management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Be a leader and role model.
- Have good verbal communication skills with the ability to listen and interpret.
- Be able to speak, read and write in English.
- Be able to read site plans and details.
- Be clean and organized.
- Ability to perform job task and think ahead
- Be likable to your crew.
- Be physically capable of performing manual labor.
- Be able to drive a standard transmission (preferred)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE : High School Graduate or GED equivalent with a minimum of five years' experience in fence installation who ideally has run a fencing crew before. Be a self-starter with the ability to know what is needed for the successful completion of a fencing project. Be proficient in the installation of all types of fencing chain link, wood, vinyl, aluminum, and iron/steel.

CRITERIA FOR ALL POSITIONS:
All applicants must be 18 years or older be a US citizen or legally eligible to work in the United States. You must have a valid driver's license and either have a driver's medical card or get one in the first week of employment. Must have or will obtain an OSHA 10 hour safety certification card in the first few weeks of employment.

COMPENSATION: Pay is commensurate with experience and hourly. Certain projects if available are based on prevailing wage rates which can be pay up to $85.00 an hour. Please note for a limited time we are offering a Performance Bonus for employment up to $5,000.00.
