Sr. Manager, Clinical Consultant
Job Summary:
The District Manager plays a critical role in balancing sales growth, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across assigned branch locations. This role combines business development oversight with operational accountability, ensuring that sales strategies, branch processes, and customer experience align with company goals. This position will have direct responsibility for all outside sales people and provide input on hiring, training, and performance on all application engineers, and all employees within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between branch operations, sales teams, and senior
leadership.
Partner with branch leadership to drive sales performance, ensuring alignment with
growth targets and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and assess branch operations, including workflow efficiency, customer service
standards, and compliance with company processes.
Provide input and recommendations on personnel decisions (hiring, performance,
development, and termination) while collaborating with HR and direct supervisors.
Track and analyze financial and operational metrics, reporting performance trends and
identifying opportunities for improvement.
Support the rollout of corporate initiatives, technology adoption, and process
improvements at the branch level.
Build strong relationships with customers and vendors, supporting local business
development opportunities when needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and
consistent execution of company standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent
experience).
5+ years of experience in distribution, operations, or sales leadership, ideally in a hightech
or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of branch operations, sales processes, and customer service best
practices.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regularly within the assigned district/region.
