Property Accounting Manager up to $140k + 15% bonus
Property Accounting Manager up to $140k + 15% bonus
What to know:
- Compensation range of $130K - $140K
- 15% bonus
- Hybrid set up – 3 days in-office and 2 days remote (In-office Days: Mondays and Wednesdays a must)
Functions:
- Oversee property-level accounting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Manage cash flow, financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations
- Support 3rd party MRI users and manage loan compliance
- Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements
- Collaborate with Acquisitions and Dispositions teams on financial analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
- 5+ years in property accounting, preferably in commercial real estate
- Experience with Funds, Joint Ventures, GAAP, and tax accounting
- Knowledge of tenant recoveries and waterfall calculations
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Windows programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience using MRI Software
