Position Summary:
We are seeking UAT Testers to support a large-scale initiative focused on AFS Level III / Vision system implementation and commercial loan operations. Testers will execute test cases, validate system changes, and ensure accuracy across multiple banking applications and interfaces. Given the scope of work, the client wants to build a team of a couple of testers, each bringing unique strengths (e.g., QTP automation, procedure documentation, traceability in Jira, or interface testing). Candidates do not need to have all skills listed, but should bring relevant expertise to complement the team.
Essential Duties:
· Execute UAT test cases and record results in alignment with requirements and traceability standards.
· Support test execution for interfaces feeding into AFS (e.g., CRA reporting, Wires, ACH/Payment Plus, other banking systems).
· Assist with test case development for interface-related requirements.
· Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of results across loan operations workflows.
· Collaborate with the UAT Lead and other testers to refine test scripts, use cases, and documentation.
· Contribute to developing procedures from process maps (where formal procedures do not yet exist).
· Help create and maintain traceability between test cases and requirements in Jira.
· Support functional and regression automation using QTP (QuickTest Professional).
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of UAT or QA testing experience in financial services.
· Knowledge of AFS Level III / Vision systems and commercial loan operations.
· Experience testing interfaces to AFS, including CRA reporting, Wires, ACH, or related systems.
· (Preferred) QTP automation testing experience.
Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:
· Familiarity with Jira and requirements traceability practices.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
· Ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
