Location: Hyannis, MA 02601

Shift: Day/Evening Rotation (07:00 – 17:30, 08:00 – 18:30)

Schedule: 40 hours per week, rotating days and shifts

Employment Type: Contract

Travel Rate: $3219 - $3436 per week

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Travel Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.



Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation.

• Assess and address patient needs—physical, psychological, and social—through all stages of care.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses in accordance with established protocols.

• Serve as a clinical resource and demonstrate proficiency in the charge nurse role when assigned.

• Maintain competency in nursing informatics and patient documentation systems.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, committee activities, and annual competency reviews.

• Promote infection control, safety, and confidentiality in all areas of practice.

• Support professional development through continuing education and adherence to nursing standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Active Massachusetts RN License

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Successful completion of Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams prior to start

• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience (within last 5 years) in one or more of the following:

  • Critical Care (ICU, CVICU)

  • Emergency Department

  • SDC/PACU

  • Acute Cardiac Unit or Stepdown (post-cardiac procedures such as PCI, ablation, pacemaker/ICD insertion, TAVR)

• Competency in IV therapy and telemetry monitoring

• Completion of Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) course

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• CCRN or CRN certification

• Recent cardiovascular interventional nursing experience (within the past 5 years)
