Administrative Assistant
An established and growing landscaping company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position works directly with management and operations to deliver exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated, detail oriented, and is looking to grow within the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers phone in a professional manner; properly directing calls
- Assist with customer notifications and scheduling
- Generate monthly contract billings
- Organize weekly meeting agendas and take detailed notes
- Assist with ordering materials and supplies
- Helps create and maintain work orders
- Provide support to operations and management to ensure efficient operation of the office
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is required, experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities depending on company needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solver and analytical thinker
- Organized and detail oriented
- Positive attitude

Compensation
- Based on experience: $22 - $25
