• Assignment Type: Travel Physical Therapist (Contract Physical Therapist)

• End Date: October 29, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day shifts
• Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours/week
• Typical Hours: 36 hours/week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour days
• On-Call: No call required

Physical Therapist Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain
• Rehabilitation Therapy certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred (new grads welcome)
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience highly preferred
• Ability to provide 3 professional references
• Completion of all background checks and credentialing requirements (county, federal, multi-state criminal, sex offender, HHS/OIG, GSA, SSN trace, CORI Massachusetts background, and 8 hours of dementia training)

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs for hospital patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records per hospital policies
• Deliver specialized care in women's health, vestibular therapy, pelvic rehab, and management as required
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and hospital standards
