Boiler Operator

Our client in Carver, MA is currently hiring multipleBoiler/Evaporator Operators–This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competitive pay.

• **Required: **Valid 2nd Class Fireman’s License .

Available Shift:

• Night Shift: 6pm to 6am 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on
• Pay Rate: $26-$30 per hour

Overview:

We are currently seeking dependable and safety-conscious **Boiler & Juice Processing Operator's **to join our production team. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the boiler, evaporators, and juice processing equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining product quality, adheres to safety and sanitation standards, and contributes to a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor boiler, evaporation, and juice processing systems according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory safety policies.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain process flow documentation.
• Participate in company-provided training sessions to stay current with best practices and operational procedures.

Required Competencies:

• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Education & Experience:

• **Required: **High school diploma or equivalent.
• **Required: **Valid 2nd Class Fireman’s License .
• **Preferred: **Prior experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Frequent exposure to airborne particles, mechanical equipment, and vibration.
• Noise levels may be high; proper PPE must be worn at all times.
• This position requires physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the shift.
