About the Role

This is a hybrid role for someone who likes variety and doesn't want to be stuck doing the same thing every day.

You'll split your time between:

• on-site fulfillment work (packing, shipping, hands-on tasks), and

• administrative / client support work (email, orders, organization, coordination)

Some days you'll be in the warehouse. Other days you'll be working remotely on a laptop. Occasionally, you may visit local clients to help with setup or coordination.

If you're organized, reliable, and comfortable switching between physical and computer-based work, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing

On-Site Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prep orders accurately

• Help with kit assembly and special projects

• Keep workspaces organized and efficient

• Assist with inventory receiving and staging

• Flag issues early so they don't become problems

Administrative & Client Support

• Respond to assigned inboxes using clear guidelines

• Enter orders from purchase orders or emails

• Help with billing paperwork and tracking

• Support scheduling, file organization, and recurring admin tasks

• Assist internal teams with day-to-day support

We're looking for someone who:

• Pays attention to details and follows through

• Is comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic software

• Can switch between hands-on work and desk work

• Shows up on time and communicates clearly

• Is comfortable lifting boxes (up to ~50 lbs) on warehouse days

Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, admin, or customer support roles is helpful — but we're happy to train the right person.

Physical Requirements

This role includes hands-on warehouse work. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift and move boxes up to approximately 50 lbs

• Stand, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during on-site shifts

• Work safely around packing stations and inventory areas
