Registered Dental Hygienist – Newton, MA.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $50–$58/hour.

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Compensation: $50.00–$58.00 per hour , based on experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about preventive dentistry, enjoys educating patients, and values working in a collaborative practice where patient relationships come first.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting.
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs and perform thorough oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
• Partner with dentists and clinical team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to OSHA and infection control standards.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience that encourages patients to maintain lifelong oral health.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
• Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
• Local anesthesia certification (if applicable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for preventive care and patient education.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
