Registered Dental Hygienist – Newton, MA.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $50–$58/hour.
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Compensation: $50.00–$58.00 per hour , based on experience.

Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about preventive dentistry, enjoys educating patients, and values working in a collaborative practice where patient relationships come first.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal charting.
- Obtain diagnostic radiographs and perform thorough oral health assessments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care.
- Partner with dentists and clinical team members to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to OSHA and infection control standards.
- Create a welcoming, comfortable experience that encourages patients to maintain lifelong oral health.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
- Active Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
- Local anesthesia certification (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for preventive care and patient education.
