Cyber Program manager

Akkodis is seeking a Cyber Program manager for a Contract with a client in North Quincy, MA(Remote). Candidates must have deep SailPoint IdentityIQ expertise to manage authentication/authorization workflows and drive AWS‑based security program execution .

Rate Range: $49/hour to $51/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Cyber Program manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage enterprise‑level cybersecurity and IAM programs, ensuring alignment with organizational security strategies and compliance requirements.

• Oversee end‑to‑end Identity & Access Management initiatives using SailPoint IdentityIQ, including authentication, authorization, and access lifecycle workflows.

• Drive implementation of secure access models (SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC) and manage provisioning, deprovisioning, and termination automation processes.

• Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to strengthen AWS cloud security and integrate custom API‑based security controls.

• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity projects.

• Evaluate and integrate preferred security technologies such as Saviynt, CrowdStrike, and Zscaler to enhance the organization’s overall security posture.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM program management, or cloud‑security leadership roles.

• Strong hands‑on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ with deep understanding of authentication (SSO/MFA), authorization models (RBAC/ABAC), and access‑lifecycle workflows.

• Proven experience working with AWS cloud security environments and integrating security tools such as Saviynt, CrowdStrike, or Zscaler.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $51.00 per hour
