About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be the go-to expert on HVAC systems, working closely with cross-functional teams—including design, hardware and software engineering, field operations, and customer support—to ensure seamless product integration. In this role, you'll engage directly with customers, prospects, and business partners, translating real-world needs into impactful product solutions.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with design, hardware, and software engineering teams to drive seamless integration of energy management solutions with HVAC systems.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with customer needs and business goals.
Define product requirements, specifications, and success metrics.
Act as a subject matter expert for HVAC systems, engaging with customers, prospects, and partners to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
Work closely with engineering, field service, sales, marketing, and installation teams to ensure product success.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the engineering team.
Support field service and sales teams by providing technical expertise and assisting with product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to refine product strategy.

What We're Looking For

HVAC Expertise: Deep understanding of HVAC system design, performance, and operation.
Product Management Experience: 3+ years in product management, preferably with hardware or energy-related products.
Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial) or a related field.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, support teams, and external partners.
Customer-Focused Mindset: Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into customer-friendly insights.
Agile & Strategic Thinking: Experience managing product roadmaps, defining requirements, and working with agile development teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to break down complex challenges into clear action plans.
