The Opportunity:

As our fast-growing residential construction division scales, our biggest operational bottleneck is completing reconstruction projects quickly while maintaining exceptional workmanship and strong gross margins.

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager - Construction to take absolute ownership of our active portfolio from signed contract through to final structural completion. This is an operations leadership role designed for an autonomous operator who excels at building, field-level problem solving, and rigorous subcontractor accountability.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Project Ownership & Execution

  • Administer and manage full lifecycle reconstruction projects from the moment the contract is signed through to final inspection and client hand-off.

  • Coordinate daily site logistics, critical-path timelines, and materials procurement to eliminate unnecessary delays in the construction pipeline.

  • Supervise and negotiate schedules with sub-contractors, suppliers, and field crews to deliver projects strictly on time and on margin.

  • Identify field-level obstacles early and implement technical solutions quickly to protect job profitability.

  • Client Management & Communications

  • Address and resolve property owner concerns, acting as the primary, empathetic point of contact throughout the rebuild process.

  • Maintain clear, proactive communication regarding production schedules to provide a world-class customer experience during a highly stressful time.

  • Operational Improvement

  • Develop and systematically improve construction workflows to increase job throughput and optimize company-wide portfolio performance.

  • Track project health metrics alongside leadership to identify regional bottlenecks and scale internal delivery systems.

Scorecard (How You'll Be Measured):

Your performance will be directly evaluated on your ability to keep projects moving seamlessly to final payment.

  • Primary Metric: Cash Collected Per Month.

  • Supporting Metrics:

  • Project cycle time (contract to structural completion).

  • Job gross profit margin percentage.

  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

  • Number of active residential projects successfully managed concurrently.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of construction project management or field leadership experience.

  • Proven capability to manage large pipelines of residential rebuilds with absolute autonomy.

  • Deep proficiency in reading construction drawings, scoping project material demands, and tracking micro-budgets.

  • Exceptional communication skills required for holding trade partners accountable and navigating difficult client conversations.

  • Highly proficient in utilizing modern cloud-based construction scheduling and documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completion of a formal construction management program, technical trade training, or equivalent industry certifications.

  • Demonstrated background in process improvement, scaling vendor networks, or coaching junior production staff.

  • Advanced familiarity with insurance restoration workflows, guidelines, and estimating structures.
