Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage therapy, client care, and delivering personalized treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Sports Therapy.
• Assess clients' needs, medical history, and soft tissue conditions to develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Document SOAP notes on each client and communicate effectively with clients about their sessions.
• Adhere to all state licensing requirements and professional ethics.

Requirements:

• Current state license as a Massage Therapist (LMT) and professional liability insurance.
• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage is a must; experience with sports injuries and repetitive use injury is recommended but not required. Willing to train.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Dress code, modest casual comfortable clothes (athletic attire).
• Be reliable, dependable and professional.
• References will be required.
• Background check required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness setting.
• Provide any additional certifications.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $47.50–$57.50 per hour.
