Diesel Mechanics - A Tech & B Tech
Our client in Worcester, MA is seeking skilled A Tech and B Tech Diesel Mechanics to join their growing team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering excellent benefits, a clean and air-conditioned shop, and strong long-term stability.
Hours: 3am to 11:30am OR 10am to 6:30pm
Pay: $27 to $50 an hour

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Document all repairs and services performed
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet repair timelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Diesel Mechanic (A or B Tech)
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, diagnostics, and repair
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and mechanical equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
