Kelly Services, is currently seeking a Set Kit Operator/ Assembler at one of our Global clients in Bridgewater, MA. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

Title: Set Building Operator / Assembler
Location: Bridgewater (02324)
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)
Job Responsibilities:Provide assembly of Trauma Sets by placing smaller screws and instruments into trays based on a prescribed shadow board layout.
Match parts to their corresponding type of tray, ensuring high precision and attention to detail.
Perform quality checks on assembled trays to ensure that all components are correctly positioned and meet quality standards.
Utilize computer systems to log, track, and verify parts and assembled sets.
Participate in training and be willing to adapt to various tasks or areas within the warehouse as needed

Qualifications:Education: HS diploma / GED required
Experience: 1-3 years
