Customer Support Representative
Our client, a customer service company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join their team. This part-time role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or enhance their careers in customer support. Representatives will engage with customers through various channels to offer assistance, resolve inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for helping people. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries effectively while maintaining high-quality service standards. This position is fully remote but requires candidates to be based in Boston, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM
- Assist with product information and technical support
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
