Account Representative

What You'll Do
- Understand customer needs and guide them toward practical solutions
- Learn about our products and apply that knowledge to real-world problems
- Take initiative to follow up on inquiries and uncover opportunities
- Work independently while staying connected to a small, supportive team
- Keep customer interactions organized and efficient using CRM tools
What We're Looking For
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfort with technology and an interest in technical concepts (we'll train you!)
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a small, close-knit team

Education: Requirements
Associate's degree or higher is preferred; technical degree and equivalent experience are also valued.

Compensation information: This position has a starting salary range of $36$42 per hour plus quarterly commission opportunities. Pay is determined by several factors, including your experience, relevant skills, and qualifications. This structure ensures competitive earnings and rewards your performance with additional opportunities for financial growth throughout the year.
