Construction Project Mgr/Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication among all project participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or as a superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are a plus.
