Do you thrive on tricky leaks, complex installs, and satisfied customers? As a Plumbing Systems Service Specialist, you’ll take ownership of residential and commercial calls, bringing expertise and confidence to every project.
Impact You’ll MakeYou’ll ensure homes and businesses run without interruption—from swift repairs to compliant installations—while keeping every jobsite safe and every client informed.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures across residential and commercial environments.
- Diagnose issues and choose the best path to resolution.
- Work to local plumbing codes and regulations at all times.
- Deliver outstanding customer communication and service.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and system inspections.
- Partner with other trades and contractors as projects require.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
- Active Massachusetts plumbing license.
- Demonstrated experience with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
- Proven problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
- Physical stamina, including lifting heavy materials.
